IGR Shot blasting and shot-peening machines are engineered for the treatments of alloy wheels.
The wheels are introduced into the machine form one side of the machine and, rolling on themselves, they reach the two blasting stations.
In these two station they the alloys wheels are subjected at the treatment of blasting.
The sequence of the progressive blasting cycle is adjusted according to the wheel diameter. The abrasive action, performed at high speed, produces the desired cleaning of the wheels and the removal of any small burrs.
