ISN shot blasting machines are characterized by a tunnel, crossed by a special linear rubber belt conveyor.
The workpieces to be processed are placed on the belt manually or by an automatic loading system ( robot , conveyors..) .
The belt moves the pieces through the machine: inside the blasting cabinet they are blasted by the action of the abrasive, thrown by the special wheels designed by CARLO BANFI (2 or more, depending on the type of machine) suitably arranged on the cabin roof.
It is also provided with a further system which will adjust the conveyor belt speed, so that the shot blast unit will operate at an optimum level for the required blasting process.
