Shot blasting machines type ISR are designed for the Surface treatment of Rollers.
Rollers to be cleaned are placed inside the blasting chamber, on a powered bogie which has variable speed rotation device.
The blasting chamber doors are closed and the blasting operation is carried out with the rotational speed synchronized with the back and forward movement of the bogie.
The wheels, designed by CARLO BANFI, are on the roof of the blasting cabinet (n° 2 or more wheels, depending on the dimension of the machine)
