Navigation data

The provision of data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory and the refusal to provide them does not lead to any negative consequences, except for the impossibility of receiving commercial communications.
Methods of processing
All personal data will be processed mainly through electronic tools and methods, however the processing by paper means is not excluded.
The Data Controller will take all necessary security measures in order to minimize the risk of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes indicated in this document.
However, as it is not possible to guarantee that the measures adopted for the security of the website and the transmission of data are such as to exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data, we invite users to make sure that their computer has updated antivirus for data network protection - both incoming and outgoing - and that their Internet service provider has adopted, for example, firewalls and spam filters, or other suitable measures for the security of data transmission. OMSG does not process data with automated decision-making processes.
RECIPIENTS
In addition to the Data Controller, OMSG staff may have access to the data. Personal data will not be disclosed in any way, while they may be communicated by OMSG to external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, cloud services, IT companies) as Data Processor and public bodies. The latter will act as autonomous Data Controller. The consent of the data subject is not required in cases of compliance with a legal or contractual obligation. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller. The data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed.
DATA RETENTION
The personal data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were originally collected and, in any case, will no longer be processed following any withdrawal of the given consent.
Should the processing of personal data instead take place in fulfillment of legal, fiscal or judicial obligations, the data may be kept for up to a maximum of ten (10) years from the end of the activities.
TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The European Data Protection Regulation provides for the obligation to inform data subjects in the event of the transfer of data concerning them to third countries (not belonging to the EU or to the European Economic Area: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or international organizations. OMSG, as Data Controller, informs data subjects that it does not transfer data to third countries and that the servers are located in Italy.

APPEAL TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
The data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data based in Rome.

The data subject is entitled to the rights referred to in Articles from 15 to 22 and art. 34 of the GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification / erasure / limitation, opposition, portability, withdrawal of consent where provided, rights to be exercised by sending a written request directly to the Data Controller to contact details indicated above.
MINORS
Minors under the age of 16 must not and cannot provide information or personal data to the Company through the channels provided by this website, if such activity is necessary, the consent of those exercising parental responsibility is essential.
