Roller Conveyor type shot blast machine.
A complete range of work to be treated ( sheets, profiles, angles and channels as well as fabricated steel constructions, pipes, etc) pass through the blast chamber supported by rollers.
Descaling and removal of oxides occurs during the passing of work pieces through the blast chamber.
Positioning of the shot throwing wheels in the design of the blast chamber is possible to achieve single pass cleaning, according to ISO 8501-1 and SIS SS 055900.
Suitable brush & blower inclusions remove any residual abrasive.
The external loading and unloading roller conveyors are modular.
The LAMI machine may be inserted in automatic cleaning and painting situations ( LAMIVER).
