ROLL – Shot blasting machine for cold rolls

Shot blasting machines type ROLL are suitable for the surface treatment of cold rolls.
The rollers to be treated are moved into the chamber room by a driven bogie, designed with special protection in Manganese Steel for high wear resistance and equipped with a rotary devices with adjustable speed of rotation.
The pieces are blasted inside the cabinet during the forward and backward movement and synchronized with the rotation.
The wheel, designed by CARLO BANFI, are placed on the top of the blasting room.
The shot blast machines ROLL are equipped with special devices for the cleaning of the abrasive in order to feed the wheels with uniform abrasive. The objective is to keep the same roughness on the roll during the whole process.
