Cleaning systems for treating external surfaces of gas bottles, either new or refurbishment.
The ISBR range treats bottles being revolved on rollers whilst cleaning takes place. High efficiency blast wheels positioned on top of the machines treat the bottles.
There are several versions, depending on the production capacity required:
- Blast rooms with manually operated front doors. At each cycle, operators provide for manual loading and positioning of bottles on cylindrical rollers. This manual method is for relatively small production.
- Blast machine with gravity feed into the blast zone on rails and automatic transfer of the bottles onto two internal parallel rollers.
- The gravity feed type machine is a welcome price/performance machine when automation of loading and unloading of work is not required.
- Blasting tunnel with longitudinal feeding of cylinders with spiralling helical motion by diabolo rolls.
Solutions for high production requirements can be designed with automatic transfer of gas bottles from one machine to another.
