Shot blast machine designed for the automatic, semi-automatic and manual blasting operation of the outside and the inside of railway coaches.
After pre-cleaning and removal of delicate items, the coach is placed on servicing carriages and arranged in suitable position inside the blasting chamber.
The coach to be blasted is kept steady while the blasting hoses, assembled on the moving portal, will move all along the surface, with adjustable speed, automatically projecting the abrasive by a compressed air system.
The machine allows the blasting operation on the coach sides and fronts, with the possibility to stop the portal, by PLC, on the difficult areas (Option), whilst the inside and the bottom are manually processed.
